Hiring in Saudi Arabia runs through government platforms, not paperwork drawers: employment contracts live on Qiwa, social insurance on GOSI, and salaries must flow through the Wage Protection System (WPS) via Mudad. Miss a step and the consequences surface fast — a downgraded Nitaqat band, blocked visa quotas, or frozen portal services. We set the whole employment stack up correctly and can keep running it for you month after month. One team owns the whole chain — visas, contracts, payroll, and compliance — so nothing falls between an HR agency and an accountant.
What's Included
- Qiwa establishment setup and digital employment contracts (bilingual Arabic–English)
- Block visa (work visa quota) applications with role and nationality mapping
- Work visa processing, iqama issuance, and renewals for foreign staff
- GOSI registration and monthly wage reporting
- WPS-compliant payroll through Mudad: payslips, deductions, and end-of-service accruals
- Saudization planning to reach and hold a compliant Nitaqat band
- An HR policy pack aligned with the Saudi Labor Law
The Process
- Platform setup. Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad accounts activated and linked to your CR (typically about 1 week).
- Workforce plan. Roles, salaries, and the Saudi-to-expat mix planned against Nitaqat before any visa request (2–4 business days).
- Block visa request. Filed through Qiwa with supporting justification (typically 2–4 weeks, varies by activity and Nitaqat band).
- Visas and iqamas. Embassy stamping abroad, then medicals, iqama issuance, and Qiwa contracts after arrival (typically 1–2 weeks per employee after entry; embassy timelines vary by country).
- Payroll live. First WPS payroll cycle through Mudad, with GOSI reporting reconciled (from the first full month).
Documents You'll Need
- CR, MISA license, and the general manager's iqama
- Employee passports, photos, and attested degree certificates for roles that require them
- Job titles, salary structure, and proposed contracts
- National address and bank account details for payroll
Book a free consultation and we will map your hiring plan against visa quotas, Saudization, and payroll obligations before you sign your first offer letter. If you already employ staff, we take over an existing Qiwa and GOSI setup as it stands — and the first payroll cycle we run includes a reconciliation that catches misreported wage bases, one of the most common audit findings.
